Summer 2008
August 21, 2008: West Hartford Release Party - My best friend from high school Christine Collins and her husband Matt threw a blow out ccocktail party to celebrate Slipping's launch. Former teachers, old friends, family friends and people who love books were on hand on a beautiful August evening. The newspaper I grew up reading covered the story, and a wonderful local bookseller Bookworm sold way more copies of the book than they had expected to.

May 2008 - My big news right now is that I can’t wait for Slipping to come
out. The release date is June 24, 2008, but the official publication
date is July 1, 2008.
